As a photographer, I always seek to tell a story through my lens. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with a talented home staging team in Des Moines, and the resulting images are some of my favorites I’ve ever had the pleasure of capturing.

Our journey began at a stunning show house built by Embarq Homes. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm glow of natural light streaming through the windows. It illuminated the beautifully staged rooms, creating an inviting atmosphere that made it easy to capture the essence of the space. Each click of the shutter revealed the thoughtful design choices that made the home feel both stylish and welcoming.

After soaking in the light-filled charm of the Embarq home, we moved to another property staged by Green Door: the Showtime Homes house. Here, the mood shifted dramatically. The design elements created a more contrasty and dynamic environment, perfect for capturing bold, striking images. I played with shadows and highlights, allowing the dramatic aspects of the staging to shine through.

This branding session was a beautiful reminder of the power of home staging. It transforms spaces, showcasing potential and evoking emotions that resonate with buyers. Although both homes were staged by Green Door, they conveyed such different feeling. I’m thrilled with how the images turned out and can’t wait to see how they help elevate this incredible team’s brand.
